“The room looked nice on arrival then noticed how dirty the curtains were, the floors and shower was filthy. The staff were nice and the view was spectacular. Definetely not worth the money!”

During my stay, I noticed multiple issues that were concerning and disappointing, including:
- Dirty and stained furniture cushions in the outdoor bar and seating areas.
- Visible stains and marks on lounge beds and pillows, suggesting they had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
- Poor cleanliness in restroom areas, including dirty floors and poorly maintained surroundings.
- Damaged and poorly maintained recreational equipment, such as broken pieces on the outdoor chess set.

“The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7.
The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner.
Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring.
The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms……

“The property has excellent location on walking distance to the beach. The staff is very friendly. The yard was green and maintained.
The facilities in the room however are old and with poor quality. The air conditioner was old and noisy, there was a crack in the door that you can see through, the furniture was old and with poor quality. Bathroom tiling, flooring and convenience around sink were poor.
