“Very nice boutique property very cozy…”

“We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. To top it off, the "beach view" promised in the room description was nonexistent. It’s a……

“-Very friendly staff -good location -clean pool -clean room/spacy rooms -delicious food/breakfast buffet Maybe the air conditioner could use some cleanup, but overall good experience 8/10”

“A budget friendly place to stay, I would say it's the best place to stay in North Goa with pocket friendly budget. The surrounding is also pretty safe and there are decent options for food for pure veg as well. Swiggy zomato is also available to use. Excellent staff at the hotel. Response was good. Parking space is also there but the road to parking space is a little rough. I think they can improve that. It is couple and family friendly.”

“First the description of partial sea view was incorrect as there was no sea view Second the area around had a lot of shacks so not the cleanest Third toooo many stray dogs U couldn’t even walk the street without having 5-6 stray dogs surround u Even at night we were woken up by the barking of these dogs and once they started they wouldn’t stop Food was good and service was good but they need to change the description of the property and do something about those dogs”

“The property has excellent location on walking distance to the beach. The staff is very friendly. The yard was green and maintained. The facilities in the room however are old and with poor quality. The air conditioner was old and noisy, there was a crack in the door that you can see through, the furniture was old and with poor quality. Bathroom tiling, flooring and convenience around sink were poor. Main issue is that the quality of the facilities on place was not matching the photos and the……

“Rooms were clean and elegant”

“This is my second stay at the property after first in 2018. Property hasn’t been maintained well & is run down, the common jacuzzis are all brown & cracked, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. We had a beach front room with a tub in the balcony. Note it’s just a tub with cool water, no warm or hot water & no jets (to be fair, they don’t advertise as such anyway). On the positives, the buffet breakfast at the resort was good, room service was responsive. You need a jeep to take you to the main……
