The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. "This apartment is a little Gem, the owners are very nice people and very helpful. We especially loved the sea view from the balcony and the very close location to a great little beach, we really enjoyed swimming and snorkelling here. The apartment was very comfortable and a great base to visit lots of lovely locations. We really loved it!"

"Everything worked and was as expected. Very fast response from owner. The pool is a place of its own, quite isolated and you feel by yourself. During summer heat it is appreciated that the house includes 3 independent AC units. The all work effectively. We had a nice time there. The access to the house is cumbersome when driving a mediumsized SUV. Narrow and steep road to the property."

"The beautiful view and space was luxurious! The host was always available and helpful. The fresh fruits and vegetables shared with us by the land manager were delicious!!! And pool was clean and well kept. The mattresses and pillows are very old and uncomfortable and very much need to be updated. Some of the full size beds were actually two cots put together. This was disappointing. Not enough blankets and towels were provided."

( no plastic) We stayed there from 1 until 10 July, with 5 persons and loved it. Only Italian families on the beach and it seemed that we were the only foreigners. "Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben."
