「Reception下午五點就休息了，但是超過五點抵達後可打電話給他們，會將旁邊reception門旁邊保險箱的密碼告訴你，在裡面即可拿到房間鑰匙及說明文件。房間內的設備很齊全，不過上下舖的配置比較特別一點，第二層的人有點不好爬上去，而且也沒有坐起來的空間。廁所跟浴室的空間離heater很遠且沒有內建的heater lamp所以很冷。熱水算是穩定，在冬天也可以安安穩穩的洗完澡！」

「Comfortable room, decent room size. Only issue was the overflow of water from the shower, making the bathroom messy. There was times that the housekeeping forgot to take out trash or replenish box tissue, but these are minor issues」

「I had a great week in Macq01, staff are all nice and helpful. There are many restaurants or bar choices inside the hotel. Great seaview with quiet environment, great for family to enjoy the holiday ( I was with a 20-month-old baby). 」

「The staff members, especially Chris, were very friendly and the included breakfasts were very nice! The location of hotel is brilliant. Not only near the the skybus stop, this also within 5-min walk to the Salamanca Market and the pier. In addition, St. Joseph Church, St. David’s Cathedral and the beautiful St. David’s Park are nearby. Visitors can get nice quiet time over there! 」

「What a wonderful staying. After having a surgery at the hospital alone. I rang to Mantra hotel, Mr Greg,general manager,who was so generous that to come to the hospital to accompany me to the hotel. Try to let me sleep better,he was so sweetie that put a wooden board under the mattress. 「Loved the vibe of this hotel! It’s super friendly and relaxed with a cool lounge area to read, have a drink and listen to music. The coffee and bar area were great and Jimmy can give you some excellent recommendations for places to eat!
