The welcome when I arrived was very warm - with not only tea and cookies but the woman from customer service sitting down next to me and finding out when I wanted to do in Morocco so she could present specific ideas. The room is fab mix of modern and historic with huge bathroom. I've had breakfast at five riads and hotels in Marrakech and this was definitely the best. The hammam spa downstairs is AMAZING -...
