「I had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk to Central Park.Overall, a very positive experience—I would happily stay here again!」

「We just stayed for 4 nights and I would NOT recommend this place!! The floors were dirty when we got there, the refrigerator kept shutting off and getting warm so we couldn’t use it which meant we couldn’t keep food there to eat or cook, it kept beeping so we had to unplug it at night because it kept waking us up. There is also a cockroach problem, we saw many. Parking was also very difficult, the spots out front were frequently taken and we weren’t comfortable leaving our rental vehicle around...

「The property is well-equipped with just the essentials. The location is not the best if you are an outsider (especially at nights). And be prepared for two sets of staircases if you arrive with large or lots of luggage pieces.」
