「The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. 「DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!」

「After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. 」
