"Overall, the place was great and provided plenty of room for our entire family. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.There was a minor issue with a kitchen appliance that our group did not use, but the situation was handled and resolved without incident.One suggestion would be to list the water toys that are available on the property. We noticed there were several, but they were not mentioned on the VRBO site, so we weren’t sure whether guests were allowed to use them. It would have been great to know this ahead of time.Another thing to consider is the checkout expectations. Having to be out by 10:00 a.m. while also washing and folding towels and washing and putting away dishes can make for a tight morning, especially for a larger group. It might be easier to ask guests to start the dishwasher and leave the towels in the dryer rather than requiring them to be folded and put away. With the limited time, I could see guests potentially putting towels away without washing them.Overall, we had a great experience, appreciated the space, and would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Great cabin on the river! Plenty of space to spread out. Garage had great indoor space with ping pong and living area. Outdoor spaces were amazing. Hanging out by the fire pit or relaxing under the patio. Communication with host was excellent. I would definitely book here again."

"Host was amazing and very responsive. Location is beautiful with plenty of room! Home was well stocked with supplies and everything needed for water activities. Sauna was a great bonus! Would stay there again."
