This is a great, well maintained property and we were very pleased with the room. It is an excellent bargain. The only downside was the breakfast offering. 2 types of cereal, instant oatmeal, and coffee. We will definitely come back!

I have stayed at the Jefferson Inn numerous times over the past five years. I have always found it to be a very good value. They provide all of the basics. Bed, tv, bathroom, etc., meet my needs very well. On one visit, I left my driver's license at the motel, and they mailed it to me. I will stay there again. Parking is very convenient. There are places nearby to eat and get gas.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. It was simply coffee, no milk, only powdered creamer. Juice and cereal - only fruit loop and Cheerios. That’s it. No fruit or yogurt or even toast.

The curtains were falling down, there peep hole in the door was drilled out with a piece of duct tape, the battery in the smoke detectors were missing, the vents were filthy, something sounded like it was crawling in the walls and it smells so bad of smoke i was sick to my stomach. I left immediately due to the condition.

Property has bugs, bed sheets stained. Watering running in bathrrom that doesnt shut off. We were booked to stay 2 nights but voided transaction and moved to a different hotel. Was offered to switch rooms but if there is bugs(roaches and more) in one room to the extent that was in that roomthen they would be in all rooms. Hotel definitely needs to be renovated and pest control!

Room was clean. TV was useless, no channel guide. Breakfast was a joke. 2 different cereals were all that was offered. Won't stay there again.

Location is safe and affordable. We will be staying here again. Key card reader is worn out so you have to slide the card a few times to make it work. There was some grease in the tub that wasn’t cleaned up and the tub had some spots that needed touch up paint, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mattress firmness was a medium. Sheets were clean. No bugs. Friendly staff. Short drive to Sevierville, TN.

The bed kept falling apart. The removable shower head was left on so when you turned the water on water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, not good for a HANDICAPPED room. Fridge was dirty. The back door that requires a key card was propped open all night (safety concerns). The vending machines only take cash (dollar bills to be specific), get up to date machines! Front desk clerk was argumentative about the fact that we’ve never been charged a pet fee there in the past. Floors have dips in them under the carpet, not sure what that’s all about. It’s just okay for a nights stay but I’m not sure I’d be happy there for a few days. Seems to have gone down in quality over the years that we’ve been staying there while visiting.
