「The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. 」

「I look forward to staying here again! Adam was very responsive, polite and accomodating. He parked on the street so my car could be parked in the driveway, and offered to get groceries for us as well. The home is beautifully decorated and was very cozy! It was extremely clean.
