“We were in for a family event for a weekend. We had a very nice stay. The owner might live in the residence most of the time, but she was in a separated upstairs when we were there. Very pleasant. The house is very old and charming. A real relic! Some renovations have been made but some updating needed to be sure. It’s a nice neighborhood and a very large and livable space for a sizable family. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!”

We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert.”

“Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ”
