“This is a great property just a few blocks from Avila Beach. They had a lot of nice amenities. The parking area is really small so it might be tricky for larger cars. The owners arrived at the property promptly at 11am, I assume to clean for the next guests so be prepared to check out on time!”

“The place was nice and clean and right next to the beach. The only drawback to staying at this place is parking. There is only street parking. We got lucky and found a close spot on arrival. ”

“The views of the beach and the sound of the waves as you fall asleep are the best features of this property. It has been tastefully decorated in an uncluttered fashion and everything was in working order. The mattress was very comfortable with a great, warm comforter. So minor, but we did find that there were clean dishes left in the dishwasher (probably from the prior guest), which wasn't a big deal.”
