Blue Sail Inn
No A/C in the room. Even though a fan was provided, it was still a bit on the warm side. We could not leave the sliding glass door cracked open because the screen door did not lock. Since we were on the ground floor facing the sidewalk, we did feel safe leaving the screen door unlocked.

Ascot Suites
Difficult and stressful experience. Staff was not pleasant, there was no one around the front desk throughout the time I was there, showers were a little more than lukewarm, and management did very little to make it a better experience

Coastal Breeze Inn
The location is pretty close to the bay, the staff is really friendly and warm. Would stay here again! 10/10

La Serena Inn
This hotel is great for families… I loved the large fridge with freezer and the larger room size. Also the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the Embarcadero. If fancy bathrooms are not important to you, this place works out great!
