Hated place. Dirty moldy lipstick on a pig. Room rated as 10 was actually a 1 mold all over window sill outdated rusted small wall heater bed folds in half when on it most uncomfotable night slleep. Avoid place it needs to be cleaned up renovated and for god sakes take care of the mold. Wife and i both coughing and headaches while in room. Leave room and feel 100 percent better. Absolute dump. Place should be inspected for black mold. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in rated 3 star should be 0 star.

Staff was friendly at check in and common areas were kept up.The room was spacious with a nice view. The shower had black mold around window frame and tiles with unfinished repairs.

Had a great view from the restaurant, was a bit expensive but was an good amount of food.

The surroundings of the property were lovely. The room....not so much . It seems that alot could use repair, ie. The door to the room - you could see right thru it to daylight. The heater had no markings for controls. We asked for another set of towels because we were 2 people and had to ask 2x. But staff was very nice. It juse needed a little facelift.

This property is situated in a beautiful area. You couldn’t ask for better views from the restaurant. The sunset was so beautiful. The only thing I think could be a little better is the cleanliness of the room but overall the staff was friendly and happy to help anyway they could.

We ( my wife and I ) visited the first time and loved the service and everything, that’s the reason why we came back again and booked the same hotel again without any second thought . We came here second time for the same reason and it was really disappointing. The bed has hair and left over garbage from previous guest. I still think it was one off mistake so wish them the best, but the guest services need to be more professional as were not meeting the expectations. We are not expecting a 3 star service as it is not a 3 star hotels but the general decency always works. Cheers and good luck

The location is lovely, excellent views, easy parking. We had a basic queen room. A bit worn in certain areas but overall clean and perfect for what we needed

Hotel room was infested by roaches. We brought this to the attention of the staff.They advised us to let Expedia know. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. There were roaches on the floor in the room and in the bathroom. I was nervous that they might crawl into my bed.i saved and the pictures and videos. Additionally the coffee machine was not working but the front desk manager was kind to give us hot water for tea.

We checked in and the staff was super sweet. We get to our room it looked like someone had laid on the bed. Go to use the bathroom and there was urine and toilet paper left in toilet. The floor has sand all over it so you couldn’t walk around barefoot or even wearing socks. The bathroom floor was really dirty also. We put the shower pad down and it was black from the floor. We had a two night stay and we left the next day. We will not be coming back. It’s unfortunate. If the place got a facelift it could be a beautiful hotel again.

Only one microwave in lobby and is pretty old. The suites/high end rooms should have a microwave.

We loved that our patio stretched out to a bigger patio that we could see Morro Bay from. Too bad the weather wasn't better to enjoy. We will have to return!

The restaurant on the property was the best view of Morro Bay. I’ve ever seen in my life and I’m going there for years. I highly recommend it not not only that there’s golf and hiking trails and an estuary close by.

This property was beautiful with beautiful front views of ocean. Rooms very nice but not that clean. We had black ants in our room and stains of food on walls. Would love to stay here again if they can fix that.

Like this location, within the State park. Walkable into town, very peaceful, serene location. Our room was a little tired. Mattress and bedding should be replaced. Linens are cheap. Was also noisy at night. Like that they have a nice Resturant / bar and dining area on site. With outdoor and indoor options with great view of the bay and Morrow rock. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Overall recommend this place.

The room needs a deep clean. There are cob webs on the ceiling and on furniture, dead mosquitoes on ceiling of bathroom and worms were crawling on ceiling in room, bathroom and room door. It was uncomfortable to me finding these things. There was even a worm crawling on my bedsheet as I was checking out. There is no insulation so you can hear neighbors upstairs. Updated room was nice but didn't make up for all the things mentioned earlier.

Everything about our stay was good and what we'd expected. What we didn't expect was that we'd have orange water coming out of the toilet, shower and sink our entire stay!!! When we told the front desk they said they'd send someone to check, then never followed up. Took cups of the water with us to check out and complained and again they never followed up! Thank goodness it was only a short stay.

The heater didn’t work in the room. I was cold and had to put on extra clothes over my pajamas and a robe and was still cold. I was giving two extra blankets and a space heater for the room. The next day the moisture inside the windows made it cold as it was 40° outside at night. The water in the toilet was brown as well as in the sink and shower. I had to use a bottle of water to brush my teeth. I would like a refund for my complete stay there they offered to upgrade the room, but at a cost. me and my sister vacation in that area around four times a year and we would never go back to that place again.
