“Great location at Apple Valley Lake. The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The management team is great and very responsive. Highly recommended. ”

“Very nice area, quiet & clean condo. Only issue was no coffee pot & no rear entry from parking lot. There was a espresso style machine, but when I ran it, small pieces of metal came out, so we didn't use it. There is a place to park out front on the street, but if you park in the back, there isn't access into garage, so we had to walk around to get in. Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO location.”

“Spacious and well kept multi-bedroom condo in a nice residential area near a golf course. Short drive through back roads to Kenyon/Gambier. Perfect for families visiting their college kids, but would also be great for a crew of golfers.”

“We were celebrating a college graduation and a birthday. We had a bar b que at the unit for 7. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a 5 course meal, the grilling station was perfect . The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen spacious enough for many cooks. A walk around the area after dinner was perfect.”

“We absolutely loved it and getting to see the solar eclipse on our 41st wedding anniversary was the GOAT! Matt is an excellent host and maintains a clean and easy to get to property. “The check in/out process was very simple. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had difficulty finding parking Friday & Saturday evening. Speeding on Clubhouse Drive seemed to be normal which concerned us because we had to cross the road with our 5 month old puppy and being disabled, I am not able to move very quickly. The home itself was not very homey. There were floor to ceiling cobwebs in the bathroom with the bathtub. All of the overhead lighting fixtures had dead flys/bugs in them. When we……

“Very clean and spacious cabins with more than enough room for 6 adults to stay for several days. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap to make it feel like a little bit of home away from home. All king beds greatly appreciated. Management very responsive to initial request for some replacement light bulbs and sufficient wine glasses and coffee mugs. It was 15 minutes from request to a response at our cabin. Great!!!”

“Had a fantastic weekend in Apple Valley! The location is perfect! A beautiful area. The cabin was spacious and clean. It was very nice. It had all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults and an infant. Don’t for get the dogs!! They had a blast too. The beaches even have pet friendly areas. There was also plenty of room outside for games. We played corn hole and croquet! The owner was super responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely look……
