"I had to clean out the spa as the jets were shooting out black stuff. Tiles were cracked around the spa, and a hand print was on the tiles. No sponge provided yet dish liquid was, lady stated that all dishes get removed and go to comertial kitchen to be cleaned being strange about a sponge request yet gave one. None of the cutlerly or plates cups matched at all. Bed was comfortable, had to move couch to watch TV in bed as on a low tv unit, potentially put tv on the wall on movable arm to be watch in spa too. Spa sticker stated please do not use spa after 10:30pm for the consideration of other guests, this is not notified on line or in any legal contract so mayby consider soundproofing the roof below and any other walls"

"Fantastic property, great value, brilliant views and an abundance of everything you could want to make your stay pleasant.We had a couple of small issues but a phone call to Lorraine fixed all that up.
