"No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with."

"Ive stayed here a few time's for a dart tournament at Jackpot. Hotel is clean, rooms are clean, beds are too soft for my liking and the lighting in bathroom was not great, needed new bulbs. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work at all. Highly disappointed hotel lists a pool but there is not one, but there is a hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was pretty good also. Would stay here again! "

"We knew this was an older hotel when booking. We expected some things to be dated. After arriving at our rooms late in the evening one of them, the TV would not work properly. It was stuck on a home screen of some kind. Also, the heater would not blow heat. I spoke to the guy front desk when checking out and updated him on the issues. He was very helpful and apologetic. He was going to tell the manager right away. I was told they would contact me to "make this right". Some positives are the rooms had been repainted recently. The matresses looked to be newer and were comfortable. "

"Clean, comfortable and cozy! We needed a place with a kitchen to prepare food to take to a baby shower. The kitchen was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kid in our group appreciated the bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub and wished she’d had more time to check out all of the games and activities provided in the living area downstairs. Thank you."

"The hot tub has been out of commission for over 5 months (said the guy at the front desk), there were cobwebs in our room and my brothers room had an unknown substance growing in the corners of the shower. The continental breakfast area seemed very clean and sanitary though so that was a relief. "
