Superb clear view on the station.

Ski departure from the building, many activities after skiing or during the day, aqualand, bowling, bars, restaurants, shops, sleigh rides .... all nearby (all on foot and without a car).
Lively resort in summer: many activities during summer: aquariaz, golf, horse riding, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, pétanque ...
All shops in the resort, Mir - Famose children's village and mini-market at the foot of the building.

Great stay

Great little apartment, and the layout is perfect for sectioning off areas and giving you a feel of space in a small area. They dont have any wifi as theuve been let down by the providers but they offered to reimburse us the cost of a 4g box avaifrom rex. Luckily we had excellent 5g service.

Es war ein sehr angehnemer Aufenhalt in Avoriaz. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit vielen kleinen lieben Details. Uns hat es an nichts gefehtl.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Toll ist es das ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt gleich im Gebäude nebendran ist. Wir haben es sehr genossen das wir mit den Ski gleich los fahren konnten.

Nous avons été ravis de passer la semaine du nouvel an dans ce grand studio qui est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons grandement apprécié les 2 appareils à fondu et à raclette !!! car les restaurants étaient fermés ( cause covid ). L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la Station. La Mezzanine a ravi nos enfants car cela ressemble à un petit nid perché. La douche est spatieuse ce qui est appréciable dans ce style d'appartement. Merci pour ces vacances réussies !

Lovely apartment in a great location

A great apartment, recently refurbished, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, whilst retaining a Savoyard feel. The apartment is very well appointed, and was comfortable for our party of 4, but would fit 5 or 6. A great location, straight out into the centre of Avoriaz, for both ski in, ski out, and also shops, bars and restaurants. Despite its cetntral location it was also quiet, due to it being high up in its block, so away from the noise. This also gave the benefit of fantastic views, and great sunsets due to its westerly aspect. The owner has taken great care to appoint the property comprehensively, especially the kitchen. WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, would thoroughly recommend.

This small apartment is well equipped. The location is very central, all shops are just a few meters away. And from the elevator you can go directly to the ski slopes. Even though, it is quiet in the night. I would stay there definitely again.
