Center station (Intrêts 2), comfortable 2 rooms/4 pers., superb view.

The apartment is a 2 room (24 sqm) equipped for 4 people. It is Located in Les Intrêts 2 residence (Festival district), in the heart of the station, in the immediate of all shops, restaurants, tourism office, ice skating rink, cinema, ride and ski schools. It also benefits from a ski locker on the first floor and offers a direct access to slopes.

Because of its high floor and thanks to thermal and sound comfort of its joinery (double glazing), the apartement is quiet, bright and comfortable. Carefully decorated, it will offer you a warm setting for your vacation.

South / south-west orientation, its balcony and windows offer a breathtaking view on the station and allow you to appreciate a beautiful open view of the mountains and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Very well equipped, the apartment has:
• an open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker + Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette, kitchen utensils, dishes. ..).
• a dining area for 4 people with wooden table, bench and chairs.
• an independent bedroom (double comfort 140 x 200 bed with new mattresses), a bedside table, a desk and a storage cabinet.
• a living room with 2 individual beds (80 x 200), one with storage below, a storage cupboard, a small table.
• TV that is fixed on a swivel arm, allowing it to look from the living room or from the bedroom.
• a bathroom with shower, basin furniture, towel dryer radiator.
• separate WC.
• a balcony.
• a private ski locker on the first floor of the residence, making it possible to avoid having to go up skis and shoes in the apartment.
• Free fiber.

The end of stay cleaning is included in the amount of the rental and the bed linen and toilet is provided. Linen is cleaned in laundry.

We love animals but unfortunately we cannot accept them in order to avoid any risk of damage, allergies or noise.

As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by our local concierge partner who will give you the keys.

Minimum 7 -day rental and from Saturday to Saturday.

Appartement très bien situé mais sans confort et avec énormément d’ennuis de fonctionnement

Cet appartement très attirant grâce aux photos publiées sur le site n’a pas tenu ses promesses…Porte d’entrée très dure et quasi impossible à verrouiller, pommeau de douche qui fuite par la base, douche à jets inutilisable car absence de porte en verre et rideau plastique extrêmement défraîchi et suspendu à l’extérieur de la douche!!, fuite importante du robinet du lavabo, filet d’eau minuscule au robinet du lavabo, salon inexistant car car deux lits d’appoint inconfortables font office de « divans », table de salon minuscule pleine de coups, table de terrasse toute crevassée qui accroche les vêtements à chaque passage etc…. L’appartement est magnifiquement situé, et la cuisine est irréprochable même si seuls 2 petits poêlons et deux petites poêles composent la batterie…Le lit est très confortable, mais lasses par ce manque de confort et tous ces disfonctionnements nous avons quitté notre location 2 jours plus tôt À noter que le service de conciergerie est à l’écoute, très sympathique mais n’a pu régler cette somme de problèmes en une période courte durant notre location

Perfect location

The appartment is located perfect, but could need some cleaning and refreshment. The beds is very good for Avoriaz standarts. The communication with the host, has been excelent.

Excellent location

The apartment has everything you need for a week skiing as a family with young children, it’s small but well organized and very well equipped. However its major advantage is the location. It’s right there in the middle of the station, literally in front of the Carrefour and next to a wide range of shops and restaurants and a very short ski slide to the teleski to take you to the main ski areas. Communication with Cedric/Sandra was excellent. We would return for sure.

Wonderful apartment in an awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay in Avoriaz. The apartment is perfectly located and very well equipped. The beds are really comfy too which is so important! Cedric, the host, was very helpful too and always replied very quickly to any messages I sent. We’ll definitely be back to Avoriaz! Thank you.
