It isn't right in the centre of town but we didn't find the walk too bad (although would aim to hire skis from a shop that allows storage nearer the lifts next time). The view from the balcony is amazing!

Les Marmottes du Morzena Lovely apartment! Had everything we could need for our stay in Morzine - great amenities as described (such as a well-equipped kitchen, nice towels and linens, lovely lounge area). The only slight drawback is the walk up to the apartment from Morzine town center (15-20 mins up hill). Absolutely fine on the way down but could be a bit of a struggle for some when you are tired at the end of a day of skiing. I would recommend keeping skis in a ski shop such as the Super Morzine intersport. I do think there is a free shuttle bus though (stop very close to the apartment, so definitely have a look for this!). All in all a lovely stay and amazing value for such a nice apartment. The hosts also provided great instructions and are easy to contact. Very easy check in and out with a lock box.
