「We arrived late to the apartment as a short overnight stay on our way to Avoriaz the next morning. We'd been delayed at Geneva airport so when we arrived we just wanted to get straight to bed and up early the next morning. The instructions weren't clear how to access the apartment, when it's on the basement, not the first floor as told. Once inside, none of the beds had sheets, pillow cases or duvet covers, and there weren't any in the apartment. One of the pillows had blood stains on it.In the...

「Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. I await your response.」
