「The room was nice and clean. Very noisy throughout the night tho, e.g banging of doors and when somebody flushed their toilet in the next room you thought a tsunami was about to happen! Regarding the bar menu I ordered a lasagne with chips and salad, very average, didn’t enjoy. Nice bar area tho with a big tv playing the football. 」

「Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day 」

「Good: The room is big relative to its price. The bed is comfortable. The price is cheap.
Bad: The key doesn't function well and it is hard to open the door. There is no fan or air conditioner. The area is unsafe. Toilet is smelly when I move in and I have to wash myself. There is no house keeping. It is also a pub so it is noisy at night. It closes at 11pm on weekdays but not sure about weekend. It is better to check yourself if you want to live on weekend.」

「I stayed here for three and it was a terrible experience. This property is poorly maintained and, frankly, a health hazard.
Bed Bug Infestation: The most serious issue was the bed bugs. I was bitten in multiple places throughout my stay. This is completely unacceptable.
Filthy Conditions: The room was covered in dust, the floors were dirty, and the bed sheets provided were stained/soiled. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas were also in a disgusting state.

「House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away.
House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art.
We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw...
