「Room was spotlessly clean. The internet is satisfactory. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and safe and very centrally located. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient and proper pots and pans and the lack of a microwave oven (although I discovered it is difficult to find ready-made meals in Rabta). 「Clean bright one br apartment which I was able to get last minute. Staff was friendly and super helpful in every way. Accommodated late checkout and even got me a cab. The only warning with the balcony room that I had is there is some noise at night but with earplugs I slept great. This room also had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a second bathroom. 「We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.」

「Where do I even start… The room was the size of a shoebox and faced the restaurant. That might be normal for a riad, but not when there’s loud music and a party happening. We asked for an umbrella — they didn’t have one. The staff was friendly, but sadly very incompetent. And then the worst part: the bathroom. There is NO door at all. Zero privacy. Anyone in the room can see everything. I don’t want my friend or partner watching me sit on the toilet — it’s uncomfortable, awkward, and honestly...
