“After I made the booking via Expedia, I got a welcome email from the hotel in French but the dates of my stay they mentioned where wrong (July 2019). I contacted them to rectify the dates and number of but they did not answer. I asked a colleague from the conference to check with the hotel and after I sent 2 email, the replied. Secondly, I asked for a low pilow and an electric but I never go them. I aked one of the receptionists to give me a ride to the airport like other guests but she……

Proche du palais présidentiel. Le cadre de l'établissement est très agréable, avec une très belle piscine au milieu. Wifi gratuit et rapide partout dans l'hôtel. “Cool hotel, main problem was that it is not possible to pay with card. The warning during the reservation stage was to "make payment locally", but I did not consider that this meant in cash. “There is no Tv, Wifi too not working in rooms, Staff don't clean the rooms and wash room so bad.”

“People are very kind and really try to give there best, but it sometime fall short. For examples, at the restaurant, the dishes are not that cleaned, or even though the people have good intentions, you do wait a lot for things to happen. The other thing was the towels; i know they were cleaned, but you can see that deep, they still have stains. It just leave you with a 'ah' feeling!”
