「Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy. 「The property was excellent. However, we discovered on arrival that the pool was yet to open for the ‘season’. This was the last week in May (school holidays) and the temperature was in excess of 30 degrees all week. It wasn’t specified on their website what ‘seasonal’ meant. Our whole reason for choosing this hotel was its outdoor pool. They eventually opened the pool on our last day (Friday). This disappointment soured an otherwise excellent property.」
