“Booked 2 nights separately, 1 smoking room and 1 non-smoking room. I thought I stayed on the same room, but the hotel helped me to move to my new room. It was so nice. And there was a great public bath.”
“This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that……

l went there early that day, lots of parking spaces on 1st and 2nd floor, but l was not allowed to park there, l had to drove up to 3rd floor! And no elevator in the parking building!”
