This delightful villa in the coastal town of Motueka, is an inviting retreat. Perfectly positioned for convenience and adventure. Whether you’re a family seeking comfort, a couple on a romantic getaway, or an explorer eager to discover the region’s natural beauty, this holiday home offers the ideal base for your stay.

Step outside to the lovingly tended garden for a peaceful place to sit, where you can sip your morning coffee before heading out for the day.

Inside, the traditional country living and dining areas create a welcoming space to relax. A large well-appointed kitchen ensures effortless meal prep, whether you’re whipping up breakfast before a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet dinner in. With three comfortable bedrooms, all with garden views and designed for rest and relaxation, everyone can settle in and unwind. The modern family bathroom provides all the essentials.

When it’s time to explore, you’re spoiled for choice. Take a scenic walk along the nearby coastline, or head into town for relaxed shopping and dining. You’re also just a 4-minute drive to Woolworths (Countdown) for easy grocery runs. Motueka has a nice selection of cafes, restaurants, and shops, and a vibrant Sunday Market.

The Coastal Villa is perfectly placed for exploring the wider region. Kaiteriteri and the Abel Tasman National Park is a 15-minute drive. Mapua is just 20 minutes in the other direction. Upper Moutere is also a 20-minutes drive, where you can explore a lovely selection of artisans and wineries.
