Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family if 16 had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The equipment at the lake kept us occupied every day. The games in the house were in constant use. There were so many areas for different small groups of us to splinter off and just visit or play cards or other games. We did some sightseeing and found some fun places to eat. Hopefully another trip to Lake Winni is in our future and this same house would be our choice!

Very nice but a bit pricey.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best feature is the main beach which is sandy and perfect for small children. The house itself is well built, but not with small children in mind. Much of the furniture is too heavy for children to move it. The main dining table has a bench on one side which is very hard to move when sitting down. The screened in porch has furniture also not well suited to game playing by small children.There is a table for table tennis which was very disappointing. The rackets and balls provided are way to slow. Bring your own if you want to play. Also, the playing area must be enclosed with removable barriers so that the ball is not able to excape into the long grass as frequently happens.The second beach is nice but serves no real purpose since the main one is so much nicer.The boat dock is very nice and usuable for shallow draft vessels.The price was about twice what we usually pay for a house sleeping 12. It is only the shortage of available houses that we choose to pay it.The view is ok, but from the main beach you can not see any mountains. However, it is only a short boat ride out to the broads.Although the lot is very large, there are very noisy neighbors on one side. They play tennis with a loud radio accompanying them.Overall, we might rent again, but would be more likely to do so if the price comes down.

The location was idyllic and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen where we ended up cooking every night. We had plenty of room to spread out, home is well furnished and the beach and dock are about as good as you can get.
