“I read the reviews prior to booking anything on VRBO. I didn’t read any bad reviews on this property until recently. Location is in a bad neighborhood of Cleveland. We did not stay at the property. We drove up and left. If you’re not from or familiar with the area, like I was, be aware of your surroundings.”

“Wow!!! Amazing place to stay!! The home is so much larger and more spacious than it looks in pictures! My family was traveling in for my daughters high school graduation and the home was the perfect fit for us. We even received homemade cookies when we checked in! We will be staying again if she will have us!- thank you for a lovely well spent weekend!”

“The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get……
