“We had a wonderful experience staying here. Staff has a very helpful attitude. Property is well maintained. The Mulberry tree restaurant team, including Bhagat Ram ji and Chetan, was particularly helpful. They had a great choice of menu and prepared individualised food for us, including Jain food and food without mirch. Best value for money and enhanced the joy of our holiday. ”

“Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. ”

“No hot shower. Chappie needed a spaner to turn on our tap to fill a bucket. I turned it off to save water but couldn’t turn it on again! Rinsed off in the basin. Our driver’s dorm room had mice so he slept in the car. ”

“This hotel has no lift and the breakfast thats included is not much option. They charge just to use a heater. The blankets have stains. The receipt machine does not work so you have to pay cash only. The wifi is not great at all. However the location is great, you get peaceful sleep because it is quite. They do not have much amenities. Overall the price was not worth it. I was little bit disappointed.”

“When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you ”

“Rooms are not clean at all!! Bathroom is very badly maintained. They might have not cleaned the EWC for more than a year! How can you expect family to use such dirty WC's??? Too many Bed bugs!!! My daughter kept complaining about the itching & the rashes on skin the complete trip!! Please never suggest such places for the family!!”

“Great location on a quiet street but easy walk to main areas. Staff were super helpful organizing a bus to Udaipur and a lift to the bus station. He even waited to make sure I got the right one. Really friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Very happy with my stay as a solo female traveler. ”
