"The renovated room was so nice! Me and my 2 girls loved it, especially the bathroom, it is new shower and all, the roomy toiletry area and big couch and big tv I was in Vegas to watch a concert the eve 4th of July, so the price was very good. I didn't care about the pool but my daughter said lounging chairs need to be updated. I order sheets and pillows they came in 5 minutes. AI CHECK IN worked awesome too. I was given the choice to upgrade to the renovated room which I loved and I checked in 5 minutes without standing in line. I wish they would fix the smell and put ac in the hallways so it smells fresh and feels cool. It is a good hotel for this price including free valet. I saw some families who chose Rio as the rooms are also big more like a suite."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa! The room, resort and pool area were so clean along with such a pleasant staff. We were able to eat all our meals in the restaurant with so many restaurants to choose from as well as a food court. This was our third time staying here and we will definitely be back."

"Nice property & helpful staff. My room was nice but it smelled & I had asked for a room that did not allow pets. I found out after checking in that every room is pet friendly! They are in the process of changing that, but unfortunately the room I was in did have a horrible pet order on the carpet. I did report it to the manager & maintenance brought a small machine I could run to help with the odor. It did while I used it for 24 hours but after I turned it back in, the odor came back. Very unhappy about that & I probably wouldn't have stayed there if I had known. Other hotels I've been to, have designated pet rooms. I had to run the a/c non stop to combat the odor. The room was nice except for that. The TV was limited in channels & no streaming apps such as Netflix to sign into. The breakfast was always good with a nice staff. The pool & jacuzzi were dirty. There were a couple wind days, but I never saw anyone clean it or skim it out and I only used them once in my 9 night stay because of that. The pool water did not look clean. Disappointing as it was a nice pool area.The cleaning staff were very nice & gave out needed supplies if asked. They always had a smile & nice greetings.I was disappointed they charged guests to use the laundry machines. I have stayed at other places that do not."
