「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「Very cute little place to stay in a convenient location to the ski resort. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only complaint was it was a little dark in the room.」

「Room and property were clean. There aren't really staff to call with needs, but there are staff on site during office hours. We love the hot tub, plus slope side and public transit convenience at the Grand. Room included coffee but not creamer/sugar or other coffee amenities which was tough to plan for.」

「Excellent stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!」

「Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.」

「The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.」

「The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal 」
