“Perfect place for us for a weekend to enjoy Schoodic Peninsula at Acadia National Park while taking in the local sites. Loved our visit to the 5 and Dime and the local library in Winter Harbor as well as lunch at the Pickled Wrinkle. Perfect!”

“Least crowded we have ever experienced in Acadia area. Bar Harbor was empty but even quiet Winter Harbor had services available. Next time we want to try the breakfast/lunch restaurant downstairs”

“We enjoyed our stay. Loft was clean and seemed new. Easy to fine and a central location for our visit. Away from the crowds of Bar Harbor. Not a huge deal but the bed in main bedroom seemed smaller than a queen size.”

“I was very pleased with this vacation rental. The location is great. It is tucked away in the woodlands, but it is only a short drive away from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. It is cozy and comfortable, especially after a long day of hiking in the surrounding area. I enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the late afternoon sun on the outdoor patio. The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. As advertised, there are no cooking amenities, but there are plenty of great eating……

“This is a great find and perfect cost. This part of Acadia is a hidden gem. There are no Hotels and mostly a very sparsely populated place. But this property is just 2 miles from the Schoodic loop and right across a gas station and a restaurant. Would recommend and also rebook in future.”

“Amazingly located within walking distance to bar harbor and 5 minutes to Acadia national park. We were ecstatic to find this comfortable two bedroom vrbo with high functioning utilities and a kitchen that was well equipped for our cooking needs. The rental unit allowed us to get cleaned off and well rested after each long day of exploring mount desert. However no place is perfect, we were surprised to find out how thin the walls were; it is very easy to hear other people in the building going……
