"This was a unique experience. The 2 indoor and 1 outdoor onsen were very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The traditional Japanese food was beautifully presented and tasty. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. About 25 minutes walk from Gora station if you are dragging heavy cases up the hill! Otherwise about 15 minutes. "
"Excellent hotel with outstanding location, amenities and staff! The property is paired with a direct bus stop, making travel very convenient, and it offers the most breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji right across from it. The complimentary breakfast includes a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruit, desserts and even a live omelette station. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensure every detail of your stay is taken care of. Pro tip: book the massage services if you can — they’re well worth it. The onsen experience at the hotel is also unforgettable. Highly recommend!"
