The pool was enjoyable and perfect after a long, hot day. The amenities were great too, with tea, coffee, and other essentials provided."

"Staying at the Travelling Bishop was a highlight of my year. It was cosy, romantic and calming all at once. There has been a lot of care and attention to detail put into preserving the atmospheric charm of this church. It was easily the most comfortable sleep I have had away from home in a long time. Our host had excellent communication and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much! "

"I didn't try the breakfast, but room and bathroom were very clean. Good shower pressure. Staff incredibly friendly and welcoming (a rare find it seems!). Room comfortable but pillows a little too high for me which is not the motels fault, nor did I request or ask if they had any others. Some truck noise from the Highway even though I booked the quieter room, but also did not impact my stay. In a country town this is to be expected. I felt safe and secure and would absolutely stay here again for future trips. Honestly, customer service was a massive win for me."
