「Accommodation wasn't as clean as it could be - there were a lot of dead flies on the floor and window sill. Communication was good. Location was okay - views weren't as good as expecting and there were no facilities on offer at Lodge - everything was closed up. Set up pretty basic in chalet. Kitchen is more a kitchenette. Only one small pot for cooking. No tea and basically no coffee - teaspoon or so left and it was dry and stuck to bottom of container. This was disappointing given no shops...

「The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look.
There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more.
These could have been a small cost to the Resort for people who are stay more than one night.
