Beautiful place, great staff- building is a little care-worn— It’s a big “event” hotel, and gets crazy busy when something is going on—Biggest concern issue regarding that was noisy partygoers returning to their rooms in the wee hours— But all in all a very nice hotel.

It was a big disappointment. We’ve stayed at many Westin hotels for work and vacation and this location was not up to parr. The hotel itself just looks worn and beat up inside. The bed which is normally great was terrible. I woke up with a sore hip. The pillows Not Heavenly

The room was clean and obviously there was attention to details with the little touches like tissue designs. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room just had an unusual Oder and the rug needs replacing. Staff were amazingly attentive and responsive.

There should be a much larger lit sign at the back entrance, otherwise you must take all luggage through the parking entrance and across for registration. Washcloths were not replaced. There were holes in the sheets. Coffee supplies were not replenished. I complained to the manager, gave my phone and email address and never heard back. Very poor experience for a Westin hotel- will never stay there again. Our party had 5 rooms and everyone had a poor experience.

Excellent customer service from everyone we were in contact with. My only concern was the front desk staff should be dressed appropriately, this is the front desk and the first thing customers see. Casual wear there was a little too casual everyday that we were there.

Staff was immpeccable. I am a disabled femaled veteran and the staff was extremely accommodating traveling from ft mcguire afb with my 11yr old. A+++++. Thank you sooooo much for your help with my kid and service dog! Every hotel should have guest services like these gentleman!
