Delightful little cabin!

I stayed in this little cabin with my partner on our short vacation to Mt. Lemmon, and we were both very impressed! The place was clean, views from the porch were beautiful, and everything was so easy.

Great cabin on Mt. Lemmon

This is a great little cabin in Summerhaven that is very convenient to restaurants, shops, hikes and the observatory. It is exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed it and would stay there again!

Weekend Getaway

I booked a cabin for my husband’s birthday weekend and we had a great time. From the amazing hikes, to the ski lift, the Iron Door Breakfast and the evening concert at The Sawmill, it could not have been more perfect. Cabin was well appointed, clean and walking distance from everywhere! A perfect getaway.

1st Time Visitor

First time to Mt Lemmon and the cabin was perfect. Well appointed, everything you need for a short visit to Summerhaven. Cabins are in a strategic location, within walking distance of a couple of very good restaurants, and the ability to prepare our own food was a very definite plus. I would suggest cutting the weeds back that surround all of the cabins.

Anniversary Staycation

Our stay at the Mt Lemmon Hotel Cabin 4 was absolutely awesome. My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary as well as taking a quick staycation for the weekend. We figured staying in Summerhaven over the weekend would gather a large crowd with temperatures in the triple digits down in the valley; however, the cabins were private enough and well situated that we never felt the big crowd during our stay. The cabin had everything we needed. It was well insulated and comfortable enough to never hear the commotion or traffic during the peak hours when we were inside. The porch allowed us to people watch and enjoy the cool breeze all day long. With some options for food and goodies within walking distance, we felt super catered. We must have looked so happy and relaxed that multiple folks stopped to ask us about the cabins. We definitely would like to stay there again in the near future.

The cabins were a joy to stay at. Outside there's a bench and a rocking chair. Parking is a bit limited so once you park you don't want to move it. Inside was a bit smaller then what the photos show but still perfect for 4 people. The dishes are 4 set of bowls, plates, small plates and set of 4 dishes. I was surprised that the bunk beds , top and bottom, were not made. The towels set was also a 4 piece. The shower presser is horrible. Not sure if it the shower head but was a pain to try and rinse off soap/shampoo. The kitchen had a full stove/oven and microwave but the fridge was smaller then average and one door shelf was missing. The mattresses were firm. The top bunk made so much noise when going up or down and made the bottom sleeper think it was going to collapse. Lastly, the location. It was gorgeous and you could see so many stars at night. Sitting on the porch listening to the wind in the trees. You feel like your camping without sleeping on the ground.

Thanksgiving at Mt Lemmon Hotel

Great place, close to everything, trails down the road. Nice that there is a small kitchen to prepare food, when the shops were closed on Thanksgiving.
