“We arrived before 2.00pm chack in and we were looked after with good manners and grace, Very elpful and polite people. The room was neat and very clean. All up they get A1 from myself and my wife.”

“Great little place in a gorgeous town. Very reasonably priced with friendly helpful staff. The town is close to so many fantastic places such as Penola, Coonawarra wineries, national park and beaches at Southend and Beachport. We weren’t planning to visit Penola but did so when a staff member recommended it and so glad we did.”

“Good budget accomodation. Room dated but reasonably ok. No amenities in room at all, just beds and a pedestal fan, 1 bathroom ok the other good. Quiet location. Lots of stairs.”

“The perfect remedy to stressful life. A couple of nights here and I honestly feel renewed. Sophie is just wonderful, the most warm, thoughtful, welcoming host. Never intrusive and so lovely to have around for beautiful garden walks and chats. Absolutely everything you could want or need is provided. Our 5 year old daughter loved it too. Everyone says it but we will definitely return here and highly recommend this property as the perfect base for exploring the region. Ideal for families, fur……
