「We booked here for 8 days with our two teenage grandsons. The bathroom consisted of a shower and toilet and wasn’t even big enough to change your mind. There was two hooks right up against the shower but was pretty difficult to hang 4 towels. The sink was outside the bathroom and there was no place to hang a hand towel after washing your hands. The room had two queen beds and not much other space. There was no cleaning of the room in the entire time we were there. Housekeeping would pick up...

「Nice hotel」

「Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. Service at the restaurant was not the greatest. For the most part, my week went well, but this was a lot of issues for a 5 night stay.」

「We stayed at the hotel in the suites directly across from the main building. We were disappointed that the infinity spa was not available as advertised. We did have access to a large juzzazi tub in our room but it did not offer the same ambience we were wanting. The suites were clean but very outdated. A bar fridge was available but was noisy and leaked. We informed the front desk but no maintenance came to resolve the concern. We also required making calls to front desk to request more supplies...

「We really enjoyed our stay. The Inn is so charming. Our room was big and so comfortable. The staff were lovely. And we really enjoyed sitting with the other guests at breakfast and getting to know them. Would definitely recommend to others as well stay ourselves again.」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「No one gave me a parking pass, no one told me ice machine on 2nd floor was not working or an alternative. No one told me about the WiFi password. The man tried to convince me that I was in a section of the upgraded area, but the rug had stains and window area had some decaying going on.My view was an entrance for employees and they were disturbing my time. Kept hearing noise creaking from the floor above. I think they look at solo travelers as a way to put them in rooms less desirable. Breakfast...

「Dated but comfortable」

「Wistful location and a beautiful room. Very large with a nice sitting area, decorated with a spa like touch. Very comfy bed, waffle towels and bathrobe. Local toiletries to make you feel connected to the area. Conveniently located across the street from one of the best restaurants in St John’s the Mallard Cottage. An authentic experience all around with a luxury touch!」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting a kitchen in the room, but it proved to be very convenient. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was there wasn’t a charging station for my EV Hybrid vehicle.」

「Liked: room size and layout; easy parking and access; closet layout. Clean Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help.」
