「This is a great property and the Host is amazing! The photos online reflect the property accurately. The house was really clean and bright with lots of windows! It is about a 2km walk from the Mary Brown Centre and we are seniors and was able to do this walk on a regular basis. There is a grocery store and Subway just around the corner. We really liked the property and it suited us yo a T. 」

「This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland.
It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit.

Issue was resolved easily enough. It would be a nice stay in the summer but it's not easily accessible and if there are people above it can be loud. Also, the thermostat settings for a basement apartment in Newfoundland in February need to be changed. You wake frozen」
