Amazing location, easy access to downtown as well as the beach at Sullivan's Island. Several amazing restaurants and Shem's Creek within walking distance. Comfortable home with everything we needed - Thank you!

Great place for a group to stay when visiting Charleston! We loved the location, and the house and pool were very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Very close to shops like Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods. We also went down to the docks at Shem Creek, 5 minutes away, and bought fresh seafood. Check in was easy - no issues. Only small issue was that the internet wasn’t very strong, but we were on vacation, so it wasn’t a big deal. We would recommend this house 100%.

Fantastic Stay

Our group had a great time with our stay in this home! It's walking distance from multiple grocery stores as well as the Shem Creek boardwalk area and was a quick drive into downtown Charleston. The home itself had an open layout which was perfect for our group, would highly recommend!

Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this home! Tons of space for a large group to stay and not feel crowded. The pool and backyard was amazing for relaxing and we loved the location. Many restaurants within a 10 minute walk and 15 minute drive to downtown! We will be back!

Perfect location for our family vacation!

The house was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. It was even bigger and more open than the pictures show! The master bedroom was large enough for me and my two kids without anyone waking each other up. The kids also loved the back yard with the tree house, slide and swing. Having the pool was great for a nice afternoon of relaxation. I would absolutely stay there again!

Great get-away

Our family (6 adults & an infant) spent a great April week here. Loved the layout (huge primary suite & bathrooms for each couple) and backyard. It’s an easy drive to Charleston or the beach, but the neighborhood is quiet for an evening stroll. Owner helped us coordinate w/ Baby’s Away to easily rent baby equipment. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect!

Quaint Neighborhood

The house was clean and sizable for family of 8 including parents, grandparents, and 4 kids ranging from 6-18. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the swing in the backyard. Only downfall was trying to shower around the same times due to hot water running out. We figured it out and staggered bathing so it ended up working out. Overall, recommend property to other families.

Relaxing Getaway

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The pool was amazing and we spent some time everyday by the pool relaxing. The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to questions. Ultimately I can think of no better way to celebrate my Wife’s B-Day. All 4 of us (2 Adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 8) had a blast. Located within walking distance (<1 mile) to several excellent restaurants. I’d highly recommend this location. The art throughout the house is a nice touch.

Great vacation home

Everything lovely! Only suggestion is middle room Mattress pad a nuisance everyday had to remake entire bed the ends slip off mattress. Suggest plastic ware for pool to assure safety. TVs in every room … some games to play on rainy day. But home was absolutely lovely ! Thk u

Our stay

It is a nice property. My sisters and our daughters go on a trip each year. Good communication with Joyner. Only thing I would say is that there were 8 of us which the online property stated they would accommodate, but the chaise lounge was ok but not a bed and a blow up mattress is ok but also not a bed. They could easily put another full or queen bed in the master bedroom or other bedroom to accommodate good sleeping for everyone. Overall we would come back again.
