Welcome to 704 Harbor Lane Mount Pleasant South Carolina. 29464. Located in one of the most quintessential neighborhoods of Mt. Pleasant.
This 2 bedroom, 1-½ baths Townhouse is located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. This Townhouse offers one queen size Rice Bed bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. This home has everything you need including cable, WiFi, and washer and dyer. This quite Town home overlooks a 2 acre courtyard.


Located just off the corridor from Ravenel Bridge to Sullivan's. Island. Close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, Patriot's Point on the Charleston Harbor, & the beach on Sullivan's Island.

Town home is on the last street before you cross over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan's Island - it's only 2 miles to the beach(nice walk or bike ride). On the Island you will find: Station 30 - a well known kite boarding spot on the East Coast & fabulous places to eat: Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Salt, & Poe's Tavern.

Shem Creek is just 2 miles north of town home. Lots of places to eat such as Reds, Water's Edge, Vickery's, Watch the sunset and fishing boats come in for the day. Nature Kayak Adventures on Shem Creek offers kayak & paddle boarding tours and rentals.

Walk or bike about 12 blocks to the Charleston Harbor to the Pitt Street Bridge (1000 foot pier) and take in breathtaking views of Sullivan's Island & Downtown Charleston. Enjoy fishing & crabbing off the pier.

You are only 5 minutes to Patriot's Point where you can visit the Yorktown, watch College of Charleston Soccer, Baseball, & Softball. There are five golf courses within 5 - 20 minutes of town home. Isle of Palms Beach is 10-15 minutes away. Charleston International Airport is 17 miles north of home. Bikes, golf carts, kayaks, boats are available to rent within minutes of property. Three grocery stores are within a fourth of mile from home. Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance.
If you stay more than 90 days you do not have to pay the Accommodations Tax. Per the HOA renters don't have access to the pool.

Perfect location

We had a great little vacation! The location is perfect for wandering around Charleston, or visiting Folly beach and Isle of Palms. My kids loved running around Mount Pleasant and seeing where the Outer Banks is filmed. Richard was wonderful and his restaurant recs were spot on! The home was spotless and check in/check out were a breeze!

Great location, just right for family of 4

This unit had everything we needed. Two bedroom, with two twin beds for the kids. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The complex is very quiet and we were perfect distance from Shem creek and Charleston.

Ladies Labor Day Get Away

This townhouse was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay . The neighborhood was quite and close to the beaches and anything we wanted to do . The owner made sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions on places to eat . Looking forward to coming back here soon .

Great location, comfy vacation house and all the amenities you need

Richard's property was a cute townhouse in a quiet community in Mont Pleasant. Very close to Patriot's point, a short drive (or boat ride) from Charleston, it had all the amenities inside that you could need for a family stay and is a good deal for a family vacation. The pool in the subdivision is really close, and the kids loved it. The house had everything you need, although with a few creaky floorboards, and my family had a good stay.

Townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to Sullivan's Island, Charleston & Isle of Palms, all places we had activities going on at. Would def. stay here again on any vacation to SC. It was clean, well equipped with everything needed. Owner was very quick to respond when contacting him, when I told him we would be arriving late he went and turned on lights for us so we wouldn't have to try to figure out where they were in the dark! Great stay, Thanks again Richard!

Charleston family weekend

Richard was great at communication! His place was nice, although we did not spend much time there, as we were busy exploring. This was our first time to Charleston and we thought the location was perfect. It was just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The townhouse was nice and quiet for relaxing at night. We only had one small issue and Richard had that fixed immediately. Thanks Richard for the great stay!

Comfortable, quiet and convenient

We had a wonderful week at this townhouse. Unit is well stocked , owner is very easy to reach and is responsive. Good dining options at Shems Creek, pleasant little park with great sunset views facing Ravenel bridge within walking (1 mile) distance. And Sullivan island beach is a gem: clean, wide uninterrupted sand , heaven if you like /have dogs within a couple of mile from this property. We took a few tours to Downtown and it was easy -breezy 15 minutes drive with reasonable parking costs and plenty of spaces available ( of course this may be because we visited in late April and there is still some guarding against COVID as it comes to tourists). Richard, thank you for letting us rent your townhouse, we enjoyed it immensely Best, Rita and family

Great week!

My family of 4, 2 kids and 2 adults, just came back from staying at Village Lady and it was great! The location can't be beat. Old Village is a quick drive and visiting the pharmacy, Pitt St bridge, Gala Cafe, and the hall helped create an instant feel of time past. We went to Acme LowCountry, Vicious Biscuit, Sesame, Pages Okra, and Bowens. All fantastic places that I will recommend to anyone I know that is headed to Charleston. Richard was friendly and responded fast to all communications. The condo has all the essentials that you need, lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish and dishwasher soap, a selection of cookware to make preparing breakfast or dinner pretty easy. The only item my husband and I would suggest changing would be to add some firm pillows to choose from in the bedrooms. When we go back to Charleston, we will be reaching out to Richard!

Perfect family get-away!

This property was perfect for my family! It was comfortable and the perfect location to see everything we wanted to see! An added bonus was the beautiful tree covered yard for our dogs! It kept them cool despite the high temperatures!
