“A very nice collection of cabins and trailers conveniently located in Dunsmuir. Well shaded next to the river. Easy short drive into the historic town of Dunsmuir. If you like trains, the big ones change crew in Dunsmuir and you can watch them start up the hill.”

“Micheal went above and beyond. We were visiting Shasta to attend a retreat. One of the people from the retreat left their purse in our car. They got a hold of Micheal through VRBO to get a hold of us. Micheal was kind enough to text us a message and then checked in making sure we got. Our friend was so thankful and so we were. “The airstream I stayed at had a few ants inside (on the bed and counters). Host was able to help with checking in, but wasn’t very welcoming. She just stated “Do you know where your airstream is?” It’s our first time here so we would expect at least a welcoming experience checking in.”

They have a little ant problem. Ants on the kitchen counter. Maybe because the trailer is on dirt and not on cement. ”

“The check in process and interior of the trailer were fine. The staff were polite and professional. The poor review is because the trailer is a stones throw away from a main city road and highway route 5. The constant noise and pollution from big rigs made it impossible to sit outside. We couldn't hear each other talk. And of course sleeping was out of the question. I repeat, constant noise from trucks. I booked the trailer thinking I was going to be close to nature when actually I ended up in……

“Without hesitation I would stay again. The air conditioning worked well, TV channels were decent, and free parking right outside helped when getting back late at night.”

I did find that because the room was actually attached to the house, that I could hear the people talking on the other side of the common walls and could smell their cooking activities from their kitchen in my room. I think the ventilation system must be connected somehow. So I'm gonna knock off a star for that. It would have been nicer to have the suite be in a separate guest house.
