“The cottage is cute and very clean. There is a stream that runs through the property. It was peaceful to watch and listen to it from the porches. We spent time at the house and took day trips to Shenandoah National park and Grand Caverns. I would definitely book this same place again.”

“This cabin was a fun stay for us with our dog. Super clean, well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of space to roam. The bed was really comfortable and the linens were very nice. The added bonus of a HUGE covered porch with fireplace made it easy to spend lots of time outdoors. The property is secluded at the top of a steep rise in the hillside with a nice view of the farm and countryside below. The walking trail on site offered a nice bit of exercise without having to drive to the……

Nice location just outside of Harrisonburg, away from the crowds of students/parents on a very busy weekend, Stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. Used the big kitchen table to play cards and enjoyed the hot tub on our last night. Thanks!”

“This place is truly about as close to heaven as you can get. Wonderful scenery, abundance of wildlife and secluded isolation that helps you unwind from reality. As a topper this year we were able to see the aurora with no light pollution which was incredible. Highly recommend staying here, the place is cozy, the owner is awesome and is very communicative. The home is roomy.(there were 12 of us)...with the two kitchen tables upstairs for everyone to sit at. The location to the ski resort is perfect. The kids enjoyed the game room. We only stayed for a long weekend but I can see that this house would be great for a week vacation with the two kitchens.”

We also had fun participating in the activities at the resort...go-karts, bumper cars, the zip-line, mini golf, fishing at the lakes, and the scenic chair lift! There was something for everyone!”
