「Had a wonderful stay and romp in the spring snow. Probably the best appointed kitchen we've experienced so far. House is full of character, quirks and picturesque surroundings as well as thoughtful elements for both humans and canines. Perfect location for exploring, skiing or good old relaxation. Loved the streams, covered bridge and variety of eggs available up and down the road!」

「Location was awesome, house met the description and was comfortable. Stayed with dog and 3 kids. Doors (or walls?) were a little drafty in the winter, but heating seemed to be ok. Heated floors in bathrooms were really nice. Suggest more than 2 dishwasher tabs per renter. Basement is quite cold but we didn't need to use it for sleeping. Still, 5 stars, great property and would stay again.」

「This is a sweet and comfortable vintage little home. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the washer, dryer and iron was a huge plus as well. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood has a few intriguing looking museums. Nate is a kind and understanding host, and was very tolerant of our surprise guests who showed up for the graduation. Thank you Nate!」

「The house is super nice and cozy, but there was a lot of mud in the parking lot, making things quite difficult to pack and unpack the car. The WiFi signal was good, but super low speed. Other than these two things, we loved the place and would recommend it, specially because it is very close to Okemo Ski resort.」

「Kay and Glenn were super nice. Very accommodating to breakfast needs, and gave good recommendations of places to go. Kay made some amazing Blueberry pancakes in honor of my mom that passed. And now she makes amazing red velvet pancakes with icing. Coffee was different every day, and very knowledgeable of area. Will be coming back again. I am from Maine originally, so this felt like home. Very welcoming.」

「The host put a lot of thought into the space, with a cute gift of local maple syrup, a binder full of nearby things to do and restaurants, and overall the space was clean and well maintained. Nice historic location, we had fun walking around the town. This was a fun stay as we drove up for the solar eclipse and drove to our viewing area the next morning. Minus 1 star, because though the home did appear clean, there did seem to be a kitchen mouse. Made the property owner aware of this issue.」

The property is beautifully kept and located in a tranquil, wooded setting, perfect for relaxing. The owners really went the extra mile making sure the property was fully stocked with everything we could need along with numerous thoughtful “extras”. 「My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. The location was great. Lots of wonderful hiking trials in close proximity. My only suggestion to the owners is to give the house a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless,...
