What a wonderful stay!

This place was so wonderful. We loved the homeliness and taking a break from reality for a few nights. The wood fire and no phone service was amazing - gave us time to really reset! Can’t wait to visit again ❤️

Mt Tully Cottage - a great getaway

The cottage was beautifully presented in all aspects. The bush setting was so relaxing, sharing early morning coffees on the patio with the local birdlife. Absolutely gorgeous time and thoroughly recommended.

Girraween weekend mini vacation

Super accommodation for our weekend away exploring Girraween National Park. Quiet and clean. Well equipped for us to cook at home. Close enough to Stanthorpe to eat out. Loved the fire and little walking track.

The photos on Wotif don’t do the property justice, the cottage is immaculately clean and the linens very comfortable. The tracks around the cottage are really nice to walk and the green tables and chairs hidden around the property were a nice suprise

Private, scenic and comfy.

Very private cottage set in a beautiful, natural setting. We really loved the walking tracks that ascended the boulders, and the fireplace made the place feel really cozy. It wasn’t far from the town, particularly considering how remote it felt at the property.

Great place to take a break.

We went with another couple and enjoyed our stay at My Tully. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The facilities were great and we enjoyed a fire in the evenings. We enjoyed the quietness of being out away from everything but also enjoyed being able to do day trips to various places in the vicinity.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the cottage for my sister's birthday. It did not disappoint. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of firewood and super clean. Much to explore around the area. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend.

Beautiful getaway

We booked this cottage for a quiet and peaceful break and it was exactly that. Coming in from a morning exploring to a warm and comfy cottage…bliss. Well equipped. Neat and clean. Beautifully furnished. Surrounded by bush land and wildlife. Absolutely perfect.

Immersed in nature

We loved our short stay in the comfort of Mt Tully cottage: the slow combustion heater was wonderful during the cold snap and the cottage comfortable and well equipped. My husband enjoyed sketching the interesting rock formations and I had a great time with looking at birds and wildflowers. We've recommended the property to friends.

Our Favourite Retreat

This was our second stay at Mt Tully. We relaxed as soon as we walked in the door! The cottage is so quiet, no wifi and the ability to self cater and retreat from the world is so wonderful! A nice walk up the hill on the property (no need to trek through national parks) and not far from our fave winery and restaurant for lunch (St Jude’s ) We needed this and will be back. P.S. thank you for the unscheduled cold weather . Was lovely to light the fire!

Great family getaway

I had a fantastic week at the Mt Tully farmhouse and Nature reserve, with my husband and 2 young kids! The cottage is small but very comfortable for 4 people and well appointed with everything we needed to cook nice dinners. There is no oven, but we had success in cooking sausage rolls on the top rack of the BBQ, lol. We had a great time exploring the property and saw crimson rosellas and fairy wrens on our walks. We also enjoyed spending time at Giraween National Park, which is reasonably close by. The wood stove was much appreciated for the chilly, June nights (minimum temperature was ~1-4C while we were there). Thank you for a great week.
