Top Mount Vernon Hotel Reviews

Quality Inn & Suites Mount Vernon

10/10 Excellent

"Helpful"

Modern Glamping Cabin in Springfield with king bed and AC on 3 private acres.

8/10 Good

"This is not really a "glamping" situation - there is a composting toilet that you have to "stir" if you use (I didn't) and a shower that reminds me of summer camp as a kid. All bathroom "facilities" are in a separate building so you have to leave the container room to get to them at night. No tv. Not "fenced" - although there is cattle fencing so if you are traveling with a cow or horse, you'd be fine but not dogs to allow to run free. Other than that, it is really cute and the bed is comfortable."

Fire Pit: Pet-Friendly Mt Vernon Gem!

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exceptionally clean, and it was actually much more spacious than the photos online make it look. It served as the perfect home base for hosting family dinners with our local relatives. The location is unbeatable—it's super close to the local pool, which was great and very family-friendly. Plus, making the easy drive into Springfield to visit Bass Pro Shops and the aquarium was a total breeze. We’d love to stay here again!"

One-of-a-Kind Container Home on Mount Vernon Farm!

10/10 Excellent

"The place was very nice and clean! It was decorated very cutely and had very nice fluffy dogs roaming the property. My favorite part was the deck and how pretty the view was of the farm. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend it for a nice quiet getaway!"
