The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet and charming independent villa on the slopes of Vesuvius and just 1 km from the sea: a strategic geographical position that allows you to easily reach the main tourist locations, thanks to the very short distance (150 m.) from the Circumvesuviana station, a continuous train service that in a few minutes will take you to Pompeii (5 min.), Herculaneum (15 min.), Naples (25 min.), Sorrento (40 min.).
Furthermore, the structure is close to the Torre Annunziata Nord toll booth of the A1 Naples/Salerno (800 metres), an ideal starting point for those headed by car towards the Amalfi coast (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) and the Sorrento coast; therefore it is an optimal solution that allows you to plan many interesting itineraries to follow during your stay.
The house consists of:
- three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the possibility of adding a single bed and the other with two single beds;
- a comfortable bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine;
- a large living room which leads to a garden terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella where it is possible to have meals;
- the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods.
The apartment can accommodate four to eight people, with easy parking along the road in front of the villa.
In front of the structure you can also take advantage of a convenient, well-stocked minimarket.

Very nice place for our stay !

Amazing house with beautiful garden!

The apartment is close to the train station, making it easy to get to Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful terrace. Great stay and located close to everything!

This was a great place! It was clean and spacious and Guiseppe was very kind and helpful! We came to see the ruins and climb Mount Vesuvius. Both are super close to this VRBO.

Nov 1 We stayed in the Villa "Ella" for 21 nights in October 2025 and had a wonderful time! Our hosts, Silvio, Tina and Giuseppe were so welcoming and kind. After an all night flight they graciously allowed us to check in early. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos (spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped with all necessary amenities) with added warmth and grace of the lovely hosts. We had chosen the location for proximity to sites in Napoli, the Amalfi coast and the accessibility to Rome via Napoli Centrale train station. The villa is in a lovely gated area and just a 10 minute walk to the Circumvesuviana train line that allows easy travel adventures along the southern Italy coast/border. One Friday when our son was arriving, there was a national train strike. Giuseppe graciously agreed to retrieve our son from the Napoli airport for a very reasonable charge; we were so appreciative! Our visit to Italy and the Campania region exceeded our hopes! Memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Giuseppe, Tina and Silvio! We highly recommend your lovely villa.

Great experience

We stayed 4 nights and the location was great for accessing Pompei, Vesuvius and the train station to either Napoli or Sorrento. Giuseppe was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of our numerous questions. Fantastic outdoor sitting area. We would definitely recommend this property and location.

This is a wonderful friendly city to stay in. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Loved the.

This property is close to the train station. The manager actually picked us up. The Bakery is close by and the small grocery store is just steps away.The people are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place close to Pompei

Excellent place to stay close to Pompei. Host was fantastic to deal with, very friendly and super helpful. The property was clean and well kept. Only a short walk to the train to get to pompei or sorrento. Guisseppe recommended a great restaurant as well, and Silvio and Tina made us a very delicious breakfast treat of chocolate and vanilla cream filled croissants which on their own make this a 10 star stay!. Overall the place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay!

It’s a very good location, near Pompeii on the train line, in a somewhat quiet neighborhood steps from the Trecase train stop which is a suburb of Naples (about 30 minutes from the center of Naples). The place is perfect for a family, is in great shape and the family is very welcoming. It is on a busy street so keep that in mind. We had a great stay and a buon Natale!

Villa Ella

We stayed six nights with our son, daughter-in-law and three granddaughters and the home provided us enough room for seven adults. The outdoor area was beautiful with the fruit trees, vegetable garden, rose garden, potted plants and barbecue area and it was maintained meticulously. We were within a very short walk to the train and grocery store and could take a longer walk to the village/waterfront. The hospitality was top notch and we lacked for nothing with the amenities - food and drinks upon arrival to start our trip so we did not need to rush out and get groceries, a special treat from the bakery and well equipped kitchen and every request was answered very quickly by Giuseppe, Silvio and Tina. We would recommend to our friends and family.

Villa Ella is a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it there. The hosts took care of any problems immediately. Dishes, pans, pots are provided. Silvio drove us to the Naples airport for an additional charge (we appreciated it!).

We have just stayed at Villa Ella and the stay was most enjoyable. It was just a short walk from the railway station which made it convenient to get to from Naples and an easy trip to Pompeii and Sorrento. Giuseppe was very polite and helpful. Silvio was happy to answer any questions. A lovely place.

Wonderful

This was the fifth VRBO we stayed in on our month long trip to Italy. This one was our favorite due to the roominess of the apartment, and the wonderful touches provided by the host. There was water and juice in the refrigerator for us, and small breakfast snacks. The apartment was a short walk to the train, which took us into Naples or anywhere else we wanted to go. There was plenty of parking on the street. There was a courtyard with tables and chairs under a canopy surrounded by lots of greenery. Great way to spend an afternoon after sightseeing in the morning. The unit also had air conditioning in all the rooms, unlike every other one where we stayed. The temperature was near 90 most of the days and one of us has severe asthma, so this was such a blessing. Highly recommend!

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and Tina is awesome! I know she indicated that she did not speak much English but she was so nice and great. I really appreciate Tina and Silvo sharing their holiday home with us. It was very close to the railway station which was true to description of having access to other areas such as Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples.

Amazing hospitality

Silvio, Tina and Giuseppe welcomed us in their lovely home. It was spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us find our way around, even dropping us off and picking us up at a train station for an excursion. Since we didn’t have a car, Giuseppe drove my daughter and granddaughters to a McDonald’s one evening! Of all the VRBO places we have stayed at, this one had the best hosts ever. We can’t thank them enough to have made our stay in Italy so amazing.

Good location

Six days in a large house with room enough for our family of five. The garden is a wonderful oasis in a city with little outdoor space. The location is great: close to the station and easy public transport to Naples, Pompeji or Sorrento. Parking spots are difficult to find in the Naples area, but we could easily park our rented car on the street right around the corner. The kitchen needs a few sharp knives and som other minor things, but all in all: It a very nice place.

Beautiful stay in Trecase

We were a family of 7, two teens and adults. The villa was as advertised and very clean. The garden terrace is beautiful, cool in the evenings and spacious. I was concerned about staying in Naples with my group, and this was the perfect answer. Travel on the local train (Circumvesuvia) is easy, and got us to Naples for day visits and Pompeii without any problems. The owners were very accommodating with the check in process. All and all a beautiful stay. You do have to be careful when you leave the property as the front gate is right on a busy street.

We are not city folk, but it was a quiet refuge

The apartment is lovely, the hosts are extremely gracious and helpful. I did not realize how big of a city Naples is, and that Trecase is also very much a part of the urban area. That was hard for us to get used to, as we live on a farm and previously have traveled in more rural areas. That said, as we explored our surroundings, we became even more appreciative of what an unusually nice place Villa Ella is. The garden is like an oasis in a concrete desert. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect house at a very fair rate.

They had a very nice well stocked welcome packet. Very secure gated property. Supplied all soaps etc that you could want. The grounds are so beautiful. Wi-Fi worked which wasn’t the case with other places we stayed. Super sweet family, comfortable beds. A large apartment. A lot of storage. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I would love to stay again. We also came in around 10 pm which some places didn’t allow. Down the street was a very friendly cafe with Antonio as a gracious host. We really felt welcomed at several places in town.
