Breathtaking views
A comfortable house for a family gathering. Plenty of space and a great kitchen. Enjoyed the big dining table for meals, with a spectacular mountain backdrop. The garden was lovely and full of spring flowers.

The property was fantastic we stayed as a group of 7 for a girls weekend away, and we loved everything the house had to offer. Richard was very easy to deal with and very accommodating with check in and check out flexibility. The views are spectacular and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time away!!

Amazing House - best one in the Mountains
We had a fabulous stay at Bellevue. The house was amazing, very spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of bedrooms, fireplace, well set out, beautiful views, comfy lounge, huge TV and everything we needed and so much more. Richard the host was excellent - answered all our questions, quick communication and very generous in giving us an early check in and late check out. The area is quiet and outdoor space is just as fabulous as the indoor space. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic house for a large group
This house is a great place to stay with family or a large group. The view is amazing and the house has a great living area. The house is well appointed with a lovely ambience.The host was very responsive and really looked after us.

Memorable experience
We are a group of family friends who do our annual group trip once or twice a year. No doubt Richard's house is one of the place that would last in our memories. Beautiful place and view is breathtaking, picture cant do the justice. Great space and open living area along with a warm fire place that we spent most our evening. Dining table that fits us all in! House heating is so great, to the stage we hardly use it during the day as for some reason the house is warm enough in winter with sun coming through all the windows. Travelling with children, with the toys and kids separate lounge area there, 100% is a yes! None of the kiddos complaining their bored. Early check in and late check out is another + for us! We would definetely keep this place in mind for our future plans and highly recomended to our friends! Thanks for having us Richard

Beautiful views
The house was lovely, the beds were comfortable. The house was clean except for the microwave and oven, which were very dirty. There were several pans with surfaces that were badly damaged and would have been unhealthy to use. I noticed references about the state of pans in earlier reviews and assumed that they would have been replaced. Apart from the above kitchen issues, we enjoyed our stay. I particularly appreciated being allowed to check in early, and check out late. We had a fantastic family weekend. There are not many homes that comfortably accommodate 11 family members.

Amazing stay
We had a wonderful stay in the property at Mount Victoria. There was only 6 of us so we had our pick of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, the heating was amazing, the outdoor area was great too - we had a fire in the morning and a breakfast BBQ. Loved the bean bags in the lounge too. Would love to come back with a larger group, it's a great house for entertaining. Thanks for having us!

Perfect place for our staff retreat
Our Senior Leadership Team used this place for our annual staff retreat, and it was perfect for the team and in a great location for excellent restaurants (we went to Blaq). Everything about it was absolutely ideal and I would recommend it to someone looking for a large house to use to take the work team away for planning, team development or agile work away from the office.

A lovely home - only criticism would be a full length mirror in the bedrooms - maybe inside the wardrobe. A girl needs to see how her outfit looks

Great luxury escape
Large house in Mt Victoria. Well furnished, good for large groups. Stunning outlook onto the valley with amazing sunsets and sunrises. Short walk to the shops and local walks along with great cafes. Property was clean and was well cared for.

Blue Mountains Getaway
My family and I recently stayed at the Bellevue property in Mt Victoria. The house is well equipped for multi-families to stay, as well as in-house stay should the weather be less cooperative. The outlook of the nearby mountain area was amazing and made you feel like you are in your own secluded paradise. Richard the owner is very prompt with communication and readily contactable should you have any questions. I highly recommend Bellevue for your stay at the Blue Mountains and we look forward to returning.

Lovely property
Had a lovely time. Unfortunately we had rain and clouds so never saw the view but can tell it was there. Didn’t realise we were to take own wood for fireplace but my fault for not reading everything. Disappointed there was only 2 bathrooms instead of 3 as listed but a call from Richard clarifying the issue was greatly appreciated. He’s an excellent host even though there were a couple of issues beyond his control, he was quick to assist. Appreciate the offer of early checkin and late checkout

Fantastic location, well equiped kitchen, beds comfortable and warm. Richard the owner was very responsive, the only problem was listed as 3 bathrooms, but only 2 which makes it a little hard for 10-12.

Awesome stay… everything perfect
This property is a fabulous place to stay.. well located with magnificent views.. easily holds a large amount of guests with lots of space to sit together and relax and enjoy the fantastic view across the mountains.. Richard was so helpful and answered all of our questions.. Huge kitchen, fireplace, heating, all amenities supplied made for a great catch up for our group.. Would recommend this property without hesitation..

Great Location
We had a wonderful weekend at Bellevue. The whole experience from booking to leaving was exceptional! Richard answered numerous questions in preparation for the weekend and has great local knowledge. Bellevue is a fantastic house and the photos are real! We had the most amazing time and we wished we could have stayed longer!

Spacious, quite and breathtaking views
From the time we walked into the house, we were amazed by the breathtaking views from the very generous sized dining, kitchen & lounge room that easily accommodated the 12 of us. Beds were all comfy and great sized rooms. We stayed at this property after a couple of months of rain and this was evident by the moisture outside but to be expected. Overall a great stay, close to everything the blue mountains has to offer.

Fabulous property!
We stayed at Bellevue for three nights for a mini 'conference' / business retreat style activity. Great location and amenities for this sort of activity - plenty of room to spread out, big screen TV in the lounge room made for easy presentations, large table in the dining area was good for collective work. Richard was great to work with as our host - we'll be back!

Paradise on earth!!!
Wow. This place is next level. Family friendly, girls weekend friendly, children friendly. The views are spectacular, and you MUST try the amazing bath. We went for local bushwalks...sat around the wood fire and sipped wine... it was the most amazing weekend I've had in a long time. Thank you so much for all the thought and details! Will DEFINITELY be back again.

Best house in the mountains!
Stayed at the Bellevue with family over the Easter long weekend which has to be one of the best and most spacious properties for rent in the entire upper mountains! Breathtaking views of the valley and sandstone cliffs beyond from nearly every room and the outdoor entertaining deck will surely impress all guests with plenty of space for everyone. The location of the house in Mt Victoria is also ideal being at the crossroads of the GWH and the Darling Causeway meaning you can bypass the nasty traffic snarls that regularly occur through Blackheath and Victoria Pass. My family and I will definitely stay again, highly recommended!!

Bellevue is perfect for a holiday
We were very impressed by Bellevue - the photos don't do it justice. The house was very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the house is beautifully renovated and very cosy. The owners have thought of everything – examples being an extensive library and an outdoor fire pit. On the rainy days we watched movies on the massive television, on the sunny days we had endless attractions in the surrounding Blue Mountains: Antique shops, museums, bushwalking, Scenic world, shopping, restaurants, pubs, tours, botanic gardens, swimming pool, parks, tennis, markets, horse riding, train rides – we did it all! The host was professional and polite. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Bellevue.

A gorgeous home with a stunning view.
This was our second time at Bellevue and we'll loved it. We'll be back next year. There is so much to do in the area. Bellevue was even better than last time - the new bathroom is wonderful! Soaking in the bath whilst to music through the bluetooth mirror just made my day. The home was very clean and we loved our beautiful welcome gift! Relative to all the homes we've stayed - Bellevue is our favourite and the host is great.

Such a wonderful experience!
We had such a wonderful time staying here at Mt. Victoria! The view of the cliffs is absolutely stunning from the massive windows in the living room and we were kept toasty warm from the indoor fire place and ducted air conditioning throughout the property. The beds are super comfy and the large fluffy towels were a real treat after a hot shower/bath. The place was really clean and the modern kitchen supplied us with everything we needed. Being so high up in the mountains, we were lucky enough to have some snow during our stay, which turned the place into a winter wonderland! I recommend you check out Mt Piddington / Hourn Point which are a five minute walk from Bellevue - we had incredible views of the sunset over the cliffs and valley below. Best good coffee that is close is in Blackheath (5 mins) and we found the best food was in Katoomba (15mins). The Govetts leap lookout was also a real treat at sunrise - just down the road in Blackheath. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be staying here again!

Incredible weekend away at a beautiful house in the snow
Bellevue is a fantastic place to stay. The view is spectacular and the house enables you to enjoy it to its full extent. The fireplace keeps the house warm while you watch a movie, read a book or play some board games. We were fortunate enough to have snow which made the experience magical and an altogether 10/10 experience.

Rare and Stunning Location
Fabulous get-a-way in the Blue Mountains with magnificent escarpment views. Very comfortable and well appointed home with room for the whole family. We enjoyed a great weekend away and highly recommend Bellevue for anyone seeking a retreat away from Sydney or beyond.

Wonderful location and view!
We had a wonderful time walking and resting in this lovely property. The location and view from the living room are worth all the other imperfections. We found one toilet leaking and one shower hard to use as no shower curtain but we managed. The WC lock was broken so with 8 of us it was a little un-nerving. I will bring my own non-stick pan next time as I found cooking with old sticking pans very stressful.

Thank you for choosing Bellevue. You were the cleanest group we've ever had at Bellevue. Great news! In the spring of 2020 we're upgrading BOTH bathrooms with spa baths which will require complete bathroom renovations. Please come back in 2021 and enjoy the new two person spa with valley views in the ensuite! We've added two new non-stick pans to Bellevue's kitchen, being an alternative to the higher maintenance cast iron pans.

A little disappointing
We had planned to do all our cooking on the bbq but it was disgusting and unusable. We then looked to use the frypan instead only to find it was stained with egg from a previous tenant... eggy pan, not impressed. The internet was a joke. We were then charged for a missing towel and a broken door stop. Very unfortunate as we most certainly didn’t take a towel and left the place cleaner than when we arrived. The view, living room and fire place were lovely but we were pretty disappointed with a deducted deposit after what we experienced and had advised the property manager.

Angela's family was charged additional fees for damage and missing towels. She subsequently gave a poor review. The BBQ is new. The NBN50 works well with multiple WIFI networks with multiple frequencies (2.4Mhz and 5 MHz), throughout the whole property. The pans were new and could have been put through the dishwasher.

Relaxing winter getaway with unbelievable views of the Megalong Valley
Easy to find, very clean & spacious, excellent attention to detail with king size beds, fine linen and fantastic spaces inside and in the garden to relax and play. A blanket of snow on Thursday magnified the beauty of the house and wonderful gardens. Recently renovated the layout captures the most amazing views into the Megalong valley from the 12 seater dinning, stairs and especially the lounge areas with panoramic windows. The house is warm and inviting, spacious and very well insulated with great central heating / air conditioning. The fire place created a warm, country and homely atmosphere in the very large and well furnished lounge room. The massive television was great for movies! Preparing meals in the new kitchen was a cook's delight - beautifully appointed with Miele appliances, terrific layout and led lighting. We also enjoyed the parents retreat downstairs with the added bonus of heated floors....especially in the bathroom! It is located close to many great bush walks and lookouts. Shops are nearby. Highly recommended for a winter or summer break.

Relaxing, Invigorating, Restoring - oh so wonderful!
Bellevue is truly one of a kind. This large house has space for everyone. With great indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, luxurious bedding and stunning views you can cocoon yourself on cold days - we had some even in January - or sit outside in the sunshine on the terrace. With a myriad of walking trails at your doorstep Bellevue is well situated to explore the quieter end of the Blue Mountains or just stop and restore. We thoroughly recommend stay at Bellevue!

The house has such amazing views, the pictures do not do it any justice! The host was flexible with us and some of our accommodation needs which was above and beyond. Really appreciated that. The bedrooms are all super comfortable, and the heating and fireplace is really good. The downside would be that this property did not have internet during our stay, seemed like this was a known issue within the area/or house. Also, for a 6 bedroom house there was only 1 mirror? Outside of these 2 things this property is worth is. The lounge room is so dam cozy, the local Thai is decent, and 3 minute drive from the house is the most incredible 7k bush walk with breath taking views.

The internet has been upgraded to fast NBN50. A mirror was removed for safety upon being broken by a guest and has since been replaced with a new one.

We loved waking up to the amazing view in an amazing part of the world. We really enjoyed our stay.
What a lovely experience, we would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Blue Mountains. Mount Victoria is the perfect cute village and there are beautiful bush walks that you can walk to from the house. It’s quiet, peaceful and we even saw a few kangaroos as we arrived.

Bellevue is gorgeous
Loved my weekend getaway staying at Bellevue. Just a 1 1/2 drive from Sydney and in such a lovely spot. The home has everything you need for a cozy winter escape. Fire place, under floor heating and ducted heating so you are all cozy while enjoying the peace & quiet and gorgeous views. The linen and bedding was perfect and I was so snug I nearly slept through my alarm. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a large outdoor area as well as a large indoor dining area. Kick back in the lounge enjoying the view or snug up and watch your favourite movie on the massive TV. Kids can keep themselves entertained downstairs in the 2nd lounge area. Little tip, grab all your food requirements in Blackheath or before you get there, that way you don’t have to leave and can get right to exploring the Mt Victoria area. 100% coming back to enjoy this place again.

Amazing holiday
We had a fabulous time at Bellevue. The photos on-line do not do this place justice! It is much better than we were expecting. The home is gorgeous, it had everything we needed and wanted.
